This past Friday was the 4th Annual New England Craft Brew Summit in what many consider to be the heart of craft beer country in New England; Portland, Maine. While it’s true that the GHM crew can be found visiting with our clients throughout New England, there is nothing like having a great majority of them all in one place in our home state. If you happened to be in attendance, we hope that you stopped by our booth on the vendor floor to take a look at what was really, the first reveal of our updated logo and “swag”.
Then, if you still needed another pour of GHM Craft, you could of came to the last session of the day where James Sanborn sat on a panel with other esteemed professionals and chatted about liquor liability. While the topic doesn’t necessarily score high on the “things brewers want to talk about” list, everyone seemed to leave the workshop with a greater appreciation of the processes that can be put in place to lower your risk of over-serving a customer or serving a minor. If you have any questions about how you can be better prepared to face these scenarios in your brewery, please contact us to chat.
